Professionalism and flexibility are two words we would use to describe Joel and Deb’s attributes but they do not adequately describe what they do and who they are. Throughout our home buying process, Joel and Deb remained flexible and made our needs a priority. They kept us abreast of the status at every stage of the process by maintaining constant communication with us and all other parties involved. Availability was never an issue and they made it easy to contact them during the process. Their approach was one that consistently surpassed what was required. They are a resource for us with local utility information, home inspection options and even contractor referral options, providing much of the information we needed on our new hometown before we asked for it.
The moving process is stressful whether your move is 100 miles or 1200 miles, like ours. Having someone that you can trust and approaches the purchase of your home like their own is exactly what we saw in Joel and Deb.
